HOW IT WORKS.
You are the client and you know your brand and business the best.
Based on understanding your aims and objectives I am able to craft impactful presentations and communication documents which both captivate your audience and deliver on your goals. Below is a snapshot of the way we can work together:
Phase 1: the creative BRIEF
Understanding the context of your project – During our briefing, I'll be actively asking questions to fully grasp your needs. Some questions include: who the stakeholders are, what success looks like to you, what your key objectives are, what your key messages are and who the audience is.
Understanding your brand – To fully understand your brand, we will discuss things like which three words best describe the personality of your brand, and which feelings you want your brand to evoke in your audience, amongst other things.
Phase 2: CREATIVE EXPLORATION
Approval of a moodboard – Similar to a Pinterest board, a moodboard will be created featuring a curated collection of images, designs, and inspirations to serve as a visual snapshot conveying the desired look and feel of your project. This step solidifies the creative direction before moving forward.
Storyboard – To ensure your messages are clear and your story flows effectively, we'll begin with rough page layouts (think 'sketches') for each page. These layouts will visually outline the hierarchy of your information and how it will be presented.
Look & feel – Building on the initial moodboard's style and the storyboard layouts, 2-3 unique graphic design directions will be presented for your review. Once we discuss these options to confirm your favourite direction, the design will be created.
Phase 3: Design work
Presentation of designs – An initial draft version of the design will be presented,
Client amends – To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a collaborative revision process with up to 3 rounds. This allows you to provide feedback and we'll work together to refine your project until it perfectly meets your vision.
Delivery of final artwork – The final artwork will be delivered according to your specifications, including print-ready or digital formats.
